Give constructive feedback on the participants’ explanations about the different types of documentation that are required during blade inspection and repair activities
PHASE TEST

The aim of this lesson is to test the participants understanding of theoretical parts of the GWO Basic blade repair module so far and to assist the instructor in planning focus areas for the remainder of the course.
To successfully complete this lesson, the participants must:
Successfully complete the phase test

PHASE TEST
Training staff shall:
Introduce the phase test and explain the criteria for the test with reference to the participants performance assessment
Conduct the test in accordance with the participants performance assessment criteria
Upon completion of the test, check the participants answers and give feedback on the participants´ test results In the case that a participant does not pass the test, conduct an interview with the participant in accordance with the participant performance assessment for Craftsmanship

The aim of the lesson is to give the participants the ability to explain and perform laminate repairs.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants will be able to:
Take responsibility for performing laminate repairs (Ability, intermediate level)
