Protect the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception – Kerry was honored to be endorsed by Tennessee Right to Life PAC in the 2011 election to the Tennessee Senate. Defend our right to keep and bear arms – Kerry has received the NRA PAC endorsement.
Kerry will work to find free-market solutions for affordable healthcare. Kerry is firmly against a state income tax and tax increases. He voted to lower the sales tax on food and to eliminate Tennessee’s I nheritance T ax and gift tax. Kerry wholeheartedly supports those who have come to America LEGALLY. He is against amnesty for those who have crossed our borders illegally or who have refused to follow the legal path to citizenship. Kerry believes the United States Constitution is the supreme law of our land and adamantly rejects United Nations’ treaties or Islamic Shariah law in our courts. Kerry will continue to fight against the over- reach of the federal government beyond its enumerated powers and for Tennessee’s 10th Amendment rights.
