TttE OFFICIAL REGISTER. — Entries of appointments and changes should be made promptly, and should correspond with entries made in the Minutes kept by the Church Clerk.

THE CHRONOLOGICAL REGISTER. — Enter all names in the Chronological Register in the order of their dates, giving a Chronological Register number when received, and a Changes

Register number when again entering the name on leaving.

THE ALPHABETICAL REGISTER. — Names shonld be
