C AMP R EGISTRATION G UIDE

Step 1 – Please read each bolded section before proceeding. Decide whether you need to Register (for non-Levine students) or Login (for current Levine students). If you need to create an account and register non-Levine students, please list all possible campers, whether they will be registered for Camp Shemesh or Summer@Levine.

Step 2 – Once you have either logged in or registered, your child(ren) will appear. Select “Launch sign up” for the child you would like to register.

Step 3 – All camps available for your child's grade level are displayed. Please make your selections for each week. If you are registering for a Weekly Specialties Camp, after completing this registration and payment, you will receive a link to the 'Specialties Selection Form' via email. There, you will choose your camper’s morning and afternoon specialties. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “continue” when you're finished selecting camps.

Step 4 –Review your program selection. If everything is correct, click 'Continue to Confirmation.' If anything is incorrect, click 'Edit Selection' to return to the previous screen. Summer@Levine offers an early bird discount of 10% on select camps for those who register before May 1st. After May 1st, camp sessions are priced at the full rate. These discounts will be visible on the following page. The discount does not apply to early care, aftercare, or lunch.

Step 5 – Program and Fee Summary: Review your selections. This is your final opportunity to make edits. If you need to revise, click on “Edit selection” to make changes, or “Confirm Program Selections” to proceed to payment.

Step 6 – Your registration selection is confirmed, but you are not enrolled in the camp until you pay the registration fees. Click the green “Pay Registration Fees” button to access our secure payment page. Please provide your email address in the email receipt section and click send.

Step 7 – Summary of registration fees

Click the “Pay $# balance” button to continue to the payment options page. You can submit payment via Vpay, credit card, or eCheck/ACH direct deposit

Step 9 – To enroll additional children or add sessions, return to the registration page and click “Launch Signup.”

You will see a green 'enrolled' flag for campers for whom you have successfully submitted payment.

Step 8 – You have successfully enrolled once you see this screen. We recommend printing a receipt for your records.

For unpaid camps, a message will appear at the top of the screen along with a red 'not paid' flag. Follow the previous steps to enroll additional campers.

Step 10 – Go to your email inbox and open the registration payment form summary email from Veracross. Click on the blue 'HERE' to access the Weekly Specialties Selection Form. Here, you can select your camper’s AM, and then choose a PM specialty. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'continue' when you're finished making your selections.

Step 11 – Once you have logged in, your child(ren) will appear. Select “Launch sign up” for the child for whom you would like to make specialty selections.

Choose your camper’s AM specialty, and then a PM specialty. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'continue' when you're finished selecting the specialties.

Step 13 – Program Selection: Review your specialties selection summary. If everything is correct, click 'Continue to Confirmation.' If anything is incorrect, click 'Edit Selection' to return to the previous screen.

Step 14 – Program and Fee Summary: Review your selections.

This is your final opportunity to make edits.

Step 15 – Registration Confirmed: Once you see this screen, you have successfully enrolled your camper and selected specialties. We recommend printing a receipt for your records.
