HR defines the time period for each game cycle. The roulette wheel shall be divided into the number of employees that take part in the cycle. Every activity or challenge informed of in the application has a specific score, for example: Collecting 20 caps is worth 10 points, attending a CPR course is worth 50 points, completing the SMA trivia will have a score based on the number of correct answers, etc. Employees accumulate scores as they participate in the activities or challenges. The more they participate, the higher the score they accumulate, and the more their participation percentage in the roulette grows, the higher their chances to win will be. Once the cycle is over, the roulette is set in motion and, randomly, it indicates who the winner of the cycle is.
