ENCOURAGE TEAMWORK MAIN ASPECT OF THE PLATFORM EMPLOYEES PLAYING IN TEAMS For each time period of the game, a player will have a one-time possibility to join another one, adding points together. In this way the team will have more chances to win compared to those who are playing individually. The commitment to participate in the different activities will also be proposed by each member of the team (not by the company) so that they can add the same number of points together being both in equal conditions. This new modality is key to promote teamwork while on other incentive platforms it is just the company the one which encourages its employees to participate. With this modality, the company makes the proposal and one member of the duo encourages the other one to play as a real team.
