3) Participants accrue chances individually and also for their sector/area, encouraging collective work and enhancing interpersonal interaction in the area. At the end of the game cycle, the area with more chances is awarded a collective prize (a platter, lunch, etc.). 4) Unlike other incentive programs, on the Chances platform we have a customizable time counter. (1 month, 2 months, etc.) Generating GAME CYCLES enhances commitment. Employees know that they should commit to participating in actions, as they are RUNNING OUT OF TIME, and a NEW WINNER is being determined. 5) Actions for more difficult challenges get more chances/points, as these are customizable.
"ONLY TODAY" actions... such actions will be visible only for 24 hrs., and the commitment of the employees who wish to win those chances shall be immediate. 7) The game allows to propose actions that, in themselves, encourage even more commitment. For example: an employee may carry out action A (100 chances) if, before, they carried out action B (20 chances). 8) Savings: As there are 3 prizes for every game cycle (1 roulette winner, 1 commitment winner, 1 group prize for the winning area), costs are reduced because we don't need to have prizes to redeem points. (100 points: wine glasses, 200 points: a hairdryer, etc., etc.). The logistics is simpler too, as only 3 prizes are determined. It is very important that the prizes are very tempting.
