cultural and symbolic dimensions of an ongoing nakba. Its core thesis views the events of 2023–2024 not as isolated incidents, but as a continuation of a colonial structure established in 1948. The book highlights the fragility of the international legal order and presents a critical perspective on the Palestinian question that moves beyond humanitarian or legalistic framings, emphasising the Palestinian narrative as a form of political and cultural resistance. It also contributes to decentring Western epistemologies on Palestine by integrating critical perspectives from non-Western contexts, thus opening space for rethinking resistance and justice within an increasingly fractured global system. Keywords: Gaza nakba, settler colonialism, international law, postcolonialism, Palestinian narrative, moral justice, cultural resistance, international order.
