Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

BE “FOREVER FIT”! Formerly “Seniorcize” - Maintaining quality of life can become more challenging as the years go by, but one thing that is sure to help is exercise! Move it or lose it—you need to work on strength, balance and flexibility if you want to remain active and healthy. “Forever Fit” focuses on all those aspects of fitness. Class meets for 45 minutes on Mondays at 4:00 PM and Thursdays at 11:00 AM. Click here to register.

We’ll be making some improvements to your Fitness Center this fall! Beginning sometime in October, the Women’s Locker Room and the main lobby will be getting a facelift. Be on the lookout for email blasts with additional details as the project gets closer.

Saturday, 3 November from 1:00 to 2:30 PM Our bone metabolism may become out of balance when calcium leaves the bones faster than it is replaced. Specific yoga poses improve bone density and calcium balance. In this workshop, you will review how to modify yoga poses to help strengthen bones and keep already weakened bones safe. Poses will also focus on balance to prevent falls and injuries. Dhyana Delatour, a certified International Yoga Therapist, will lead the workshop. Come support the Veteran’s Yoga Project, an educational and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of military veterans.

Saturday, 10 November at 11:00 AM Working in partnership with veterans, active-duty military personnel, student veterans’ organizations, and other non-profit organizations, VYP-trained instructors teach over 100 free yoga classes each week for veterans and their families. By providing support to all veterans, whether they are currently struggling with severe symptoms, or they are focused on increasing resilience and giving back to others, VYP is doing its part to serve those who have served. Alex Ali will lead this class; all fees collected will benefit VYP.
