Strength for Bones, Balance & the Brain There is scientific evidence that shows the benefits of weight bearing exercise on bone density. We reach peak bone density in our twenties and begin to lose it in our thirties. This is especially true without proper exercise, diet and with a family history of osteoporosis. This class takes you through a wide variety of light weight bearing and resistance band exercises, balance work and brain fitness to help you stay strong, healthy and happy.
