Recent measles outbreak opens conversation again with national vaccine registry C urrently each province and territory in Canada has own immunization schedule and recording system. However, with the recent measles outbreak there are more and more conversations that there should be a centralized placewhere people can look up their health and immunization records regardless of what province or territory you are from or have lived in. Which saw a patient with measles being treated for something unrelated to measles in a Halifax hospital and because of that, all cleaners, doctors and nurses had to be tested to see if they were immune before they could return to work. This has also spilled over to others outside the hospital as concert goers and even taxi drivers have had to be tested for possible exposure to the virus and treatment. •
