Key positions began transitioning to Charlotte in November 2024. According to Purrington, Charlotte’s tal- ent pool has helped to build “a multifunctional and high- ly effective team.” Within the first few months, BHS has quickly welcomed more than 25 new team members. The company expects to complete the build-out of the space by this fall.
