QUARTERLY F&B MINIMUM
+ Unlimited golf and practice, including complimentary driving range access.
+ Family privileges for your spouse or significant other and eligible children under age 25.
+ Ownership and voting rights; 14-day advance tee-time booking; clubhouse, fitness, dining and social privileges.
+ One complimentary locker and one complimentary guest pass per month.
PURCHASING AN EQUITY SHARE
Equity shares are purchased from current members. The seller sets the purchase price; contact Membership for current listings. A $3,000 transfer fee applies. If the club finds the buyer, a $1,200 brokerage fee also applies. The purchase agreement identifies who pays the applicable fees.
Member-to-member purchases require cash or check. Dues and the food-and-beverage minimum remain the seller's responsibility until the share is sold and transferred. Additional charges and assessments may apply.
