On behalf of the United Supreme Council, Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry for the 33rd and Last Degree of the United States of America and Its Jurisdictions, Inc., Prince Hall Affiliated, it is my honor to extend to you a cordial invitation to participate as a vendor during our upcoming Annual Session, to be held December 17–21, 2025, at the prestigious Hyatt Regency New Orleans, located at 601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113. If you wish to attend this event as a vendor, please contact the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, 601 Loyola Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113. The daily hotel rate is as follows: $154 for 1 king or 2 Queen beds. The hotel address is listed below. Please make your reservations by calling (504) 561-1234. You can also make your reservation online by visiting https://www.hyatt.com/group-booking/MSYRN/G-SUP2. The group code is G-SUP2 (2025 United Supreme Council). Reservations must be made no later than November 24th to ensure you receive the discounted rate. To reserve your vendor space, please complete the https://form.jotform.com/251977870177169 and submit the application fee of $ 40 0 per vendor space by November 10, 202 5 . The application fee includes two (2) 6-foot tables. Adequate space will be allotted to all vendors as space permits. The vendor’s set -up can begin any time after 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 17 , 202 5 . We will have an assigned exhibit hall for vendors. Once your completed agreement and payment are received, you will receive an automated confirmation of payment. A follow-up email will be sent confirming your finalized vendor space assignment and additional logistical details. Important Notes: • All payments must be made online .
