This is an official vendor agreement between The United Supreme Council, Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite for the Thirty-Third and Last Degree of Freemasonry for the United States of America and its Jurisdictions, Inc., Prince Hall Affiliated: Whereby said vendor is authorized to display and sell appropriate products (not to include flammables, drugs/ dangerous substances, alcohol, tobacco and firearms) in space(s) designated by the official representative of the United Supreme Council, Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite for the Thirty-Third and Last Degree of Freemasonry for the United States of America and Its Jurisdiction, Inc., Prince Hall Affiliated, will convene its 202 5 Annual Session, December 1 7 - 21 , 202 5 at the H y att Regency New Orleans, located at 601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113. Spaces are assigned on arrival at the conference site, and done at the discretion of the United Supreme Council’s vendor manager . The said party named above, as the vendor, agrees that a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of FOUR HUNDRED ($ 40 0.00) per space (can accommodate ( 2 ) 6-foot table s ) must be paid before assignment and occupancy of any vendor display space. Hotel accommodations and meals are the sole responsibility of individual vendors. Reservations may be made by contacting the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, 601 Loyola Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113. The daily hotel rate is as follows: $154 for 1 king or 2 Queen beds. Please make your reservations by calling (504) 561-1234. Reservations must be made no later than November 24th to ensure that you receive the discounted rate .
