The members and guests will stay at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, Louisiana, 601 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70113 . Please utilize the following information to make your reservations. 1. Hotel daily room rate is $154.00 single / double is $179. ( Tax not included ). Reservations may be made telephonically by contacting the Hyatt Regency New Orleans at (504) 561-1234 , and provide the following group code G-SUP2. 2. Reservations may also be made utilizing the following hotel reservation link https://www.hyatt.com/group-booking/MSYRN/G-SUP2 Please note that the cut-off date for making reservations is November 24, 2025 .
Advance Registration
The Advance Registration fee is $170.00. The Advance Registration form is enclosed for your convenience and must be completed and submitted with payment postmarked by November 30, 2025. Payments mailed after November 30, must be in certified check or money order. Please submit the Registration form along with your mailed in payment (money order or check) to Auxiliary to USC-DC, P. O. Box 6954, Capital Heights, MD 20791. A LL PAYMENTS ARE BY MAIL ONLY .

Any registrations received after November 30, 2025 will be considered late / on- site registration and the fee will be $200.00 and must be in certified check or money order. The registration fee includes access to the Session and the Luncheon. Banquet tickets are $100 each and must be purchased separately, payable to USC- DC and can be mailed along with your registration. Loyal Lady, if your significant other will be purchasing your ticket, please let us know on your registration form (write it in on the form). Note: The registration badge is required for entry into the session and the luncheon. Guest must present their ticket for entry into the luncheon and / or banquet. I F YOU HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION , PLEASE INDICATE THAT ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM . I F IT IS NOT IDENTIFIED ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM YOU WILL NOT GET A SPECIAL MEAL .
