Emer: We loved that we were able to talk directly to Noel Hannan in Stanley and get all the technical information and support. Even when he was at home with a broken foot, he answered our calls!

P&H: What did you like about the whole experience? Emer: The fact that Stanley commission their own heat pumps once installed. My uncle, a builder, was very impressed with the fact that Stanley commissioned their heat pumps as he had not seen that before. It gives you peace of mind when Stanley come out afterwards, to ensure everything is installed correctly. Once the heat pump is installed, there is very little to do afterwards. The thermostat is on the wall and you set your temperature. Once we get WiFi, the plan is to set this up as well. P&H: Have you noticed a change in heating bills?
