Plumbmaster marches on with green energy solutions Aerona 3 Heat Pump, the newly built
P lumbmaster has continued to prove their worth in the renewable energy industry. The popular Renewables Hub and its staff have been busy using an extensive range of green technology to kit out newly built homes, retrofit existing homes and facilitate commercial properties. A recent success story saw a 3200sq foot bungalow built by Declan Mullen Contracts, fitted with a Grant 13kW Aerona 3 Heat Pump and an installation of Plumbmaster’s very own Heatmaster Underfloor Heating Kit, as well as the Brookvent Air Cycle 3.1, a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system, for improved air conditioning. The Plumbmaster client brief indicated the importance of fitting products that were effective in heating the home whilst being economically efficient, and so once priorities were established, the Plumbmaster team provided their expert product recommendations, all of which are available through the hub. Thanks to continued business out of the hub, commercial customers have been able to use renewables to save on their energy bills while remaining environmentally conscious. bungalow in question will have very low running costs. The Aerona 3 will prioritise the hot water demand, supplying ample hot water even on the coldest days of the year. The Heatmaster Underfloor Heating Kit was entirely concealed once installed, ensuring the practicality and aesthetics of the room were not disturbed. The underfloor heating kit is also very flexible when it comes to design, which proved to be beneficial to Plumbmaster when working with their client on this property. The newly fitted MVHR system will provide the Plumbmaster customer with clean filtered air to the whole property, ensure a 92% heat recovery efficiency, and reduce running costs for home heating by up to 50%.
