W hen property owner Mrs Fergerson set out to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly home that was practical, sleek and modern, she turned to Warmflow to provide a clean, efficient and effective heating source. “I wanted a heating solution that would keep me warm, provide me with hot water as well as being environmentally friendly, and the Warmflow Zeno air source heat pump ticked all the boxes,” she said. Installer Richard Bentley recommended this heat pump as one of the most intelligent and efficient heat pumps on the market. “The customer wanted the heat pump installed alongside a Warmflow Nero hot water cylinder. This solution provides both heat and hot water. I selected the AS03 model of the Zeno heat pump range in order to meet the size demand of the property. The unit was dead easy to install and commission with the very clear, easy-to-use touchscreen controller. The unit itself also looks really

Installer training is provided at Warmflow’s 150,000 sqft manufacturing facility in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
The home is 300m 2 , with 240m 2 being heated living space. The perfect solution to heat this large new build was the Zeno AS03, which outputs a whopping 20kW of heat energy, providing hot water temperatures of up to 60°C. This supplies the underfloor heating throughout the whole ground floor. Alongside the AS03 heat pump, the installer chose a Warmflow Nero 300 litre hot water cylinder so that Mrs Fergerson will never run out of hot water. In addition to the natural wood cladding and renewable heating solution, this project also planted a tree in the heart of the building, providing a mini utopia. Sustainability is literally at the heart of this new build. The building work was carried out and completed by Best Little Building Company.
