This update details the number of actively-selling, sold-out and contemplated woodframe pre-sale homes by sub-market and estimated year of occupancy. • By the end of 2019, 4,544 woodframe pre-sale homes are expected to be ready for occupancy, a 49% increase from 2018 when 3,059 homes were completed. • Of woodframe pre-sale homes expected to complete between 2019 aaaaand 2021, 80% are sold.
