HANDLING TRUST FUNDS.

The Bible Institute Building Company, holding in trust the great plant erected for the work of the Bible Institute of Los Angeles, is incorporated under the laws of the State of California, to carry on the business of training men and women for Christian work, the publish­ ing of religious books and literature, the teaching and preaching of the Gospel in this and other lands, and the handling of funds for definite Christian work; and the deed to its property is based upon a statement of doctrine which includes the following: The verbal inspiration of th e W ord of God. One God existing and m anifesting H im self in th ree persons, F ath er, Son and Holy S pirit. The v irg in b irth of God’s Son, Jesu s C hrist. The pre-existence of th e Lord Jesu s C hrist. The atoning w ork of Jesu s C hrist for th e sin s of m ankind. The personality of th e H oly S pirit. The im partation of th e divine life of God u n to those who accept Jesu s C hrist as Saviour, and confess H im as Lord. The eternal punishm ent of those who reject Jesu s C hrist. T his statem en t of doctrine, of w hich th e above is a synopsis, is signed by every m em ber of th e faculty and the heads of all d epartm ents of In stitu te w ork, th e first of every year. No one can preach or teach in the In stitu te who does not hold th ese tru th s. A violation of th is tru s t would invalidate the deed to th e property. The pro p erty is w orth m ore th an a m illion dollars, and is used entirely for the definite w ork of th e In stitu te . T here is no comm ercialism in connection w ith the w ork, and never can be. The In stitu te will receive a g ift of funds and co n tract to pay a fair ra te
