PARSIPPANY, NJ — As part of its expansion in the area, Transwestern an- nounced that it is has named Robert L. Chenoweth, PE, to serve as vice president of property management for the Northeast Region. Addition- ally, Monique Brice will serve as Senior Property Manager for Transwestern’s initial as- signment in New Jersey, 300 Kimball Drive, a headquar- ters-quality, Class A office as- set in the Parsippany market. Transwestern recently an- nounced its continuing expan- sion in the Northeast with the establishment of a corporate office in New Jersey. Chenoweth will be respon- sible for directing, control- ling, planning, operating and scheduling all property man- agement assignments within the region and providing leadership for the property management team. Chenoweth has a 30-plus- year career of diverse expe- rience handling all aspects of commercial real estate, including corporate outsourc- ing and account management, asset and portfolio manage- ment, construction manage- ment, and business expansion including facilities mainte- nance, project management, space management, energy management, and lease ad- ministration activities. Chenoweth previously served as vice president of facilities management for Pinnacle Realty Management Company, Director of Fa- cilities, Convergys Corpora- tion; Director of Engineering Operations for CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company. He was Director of Facilities for Barnes & Noble Bookstores in New York City and Director of Construction andMaintenance for Hess Oil in Woodbridge, NJ. ■
