This is why you need to organize your pricing structure based on your particular math. As you’ve seen in the book, getting it set up is the hard part. Once you have built the engine and it’s working though, it becomes a repeatable process. This is something you can train your staff to use. As your shop grows and changes with new infrastructure, equipment, and employee headcount, your math will change too. Especially if you are building Brand Value . Add that extra into your core pricing.
