Our Annual School Leadership Conference , held in the autumn term, is our flagship event. It brings senior leaders together to explore four key pillars of education: Leadership, Teaching & Learning, Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Inclusion & Diversity. Throughout the rest of the year, we will host a series of smaller Thematic Leadership Conferences that delve deeper into specific areas including: » Teaching & Learning » Early Years » Attendance » Inclusion These events offer valuable space for reflection, professional dialogue, and the sharing of best practice. Additionally, we will run a series of Curriculum Leadership Development Days —12 full-day events focused on individual foundation subjects—designed to strengthen both subject knowledge and leadership skills for primary curriculum leaders.
