Summary of Terms & Conditions.

Birmingham Education Partnership (BEP) provides school improvement services, CPD, training, and events under a set of standard Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both BEP and its customers, including payment requirements, service delivery expectations, cancellation policies, and data protection standards.

Key Points:

Payment Terms: All services must be paid before delivery. Event tickets must be paid within 30 days of booking or at least 7 days before the event date, whichever is sooner.

Cancellation: Charges may apply for late cancellations. Full details vary by service type and notice period.

Subscriptions: Annual Membership and SLA Subscriptions run from 1st September to 31st July and are non-refundable once the term has started.

Delivery Partners: BEP may use approved External Delivery Partners to provide services on our behalf.
