I am excited to introduce this year’s theme - Lives Change Here! What a great theme, and so very true! Our mission of Enhancing the Lives of Those We Touch by Helping People Reach their Goals was made manifest over the past 12 month as we heard story after story of families lives being changed forever because of the incredible products coupled with a real opportunity to enhance your life. Their lives were truly changed here. As we look back at 2018, I am happy with the successes that Melaleuca experienced together with our wonderful customers and Marketing Executives. We launched great new products such as the Koala Pals Children’s Chewable Vitamin which delivers 19 Vitamins and Oligo Minerals to support children’s needs, or the Vanilla flavored GC Control which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. True to Melaleuca’s EcoSense mission of respecting our Environment, additional products were introduced with 12x concentrated formulas to further reduce our impact on plastic waste and pollution. Electronic invoices and the electronic SEPA mandate process were introduced which not only make customer’s enrollment much more convenient and faster, but also reduce waste. Finally, with new cross border shipping functionality, customers are now able to ship our outstanding products directly to the 5 additional countries of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary and Spain. It is wonderful to know that Melaleuca’s mission of enhancing lives is expanding in Europe. One of the most significant highlights of 2018 was Melaleuca’s CEO Frank Vandersloot’s multiple world record 100 meter rows on a stationary rower. Congratulations again on this impressive success! Frank stated afterward, that he wanted to put the Melaleuca Peak Performance Pack to the ultimate test with his attempt at the world record.
