BUDGET ADVISORY GROUP A team of administrators and employees from varied job classifications met for their initial meeting to begin discussing projected budgets and brainstorm strategies to mitigate necessary cuts. In the upcoming meetings, more staff members will be involved as we strive to maintain a stable financial situation while minimizing the impact on various programs.

Please participate in the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) survey to ensure your input and voice is heard during our meetings. LINK TO SURVEY Images from the 2nd Interim Budget Report presentation at the 3/19/24 Board meeting.
