Basketball Hoops: • Dedicated Draper/Crestron controller (on court wall) tilts both backboards towards side glass walls (Note: backboards only tilt – they do not fold tight to ceiling.)

Folding Garage Doors: • Each Garage door has a separate Key-pad to Open/Close the Doors • Key-pads are Access Code Protected Bleachers: • (3) motorized extendable Bleacher Units • Each unit may be extended independently of the other 2 units • Remote control must be held within 2’ of front bleacher
