As the days grew cooler and the leaves turned to gold, the Strathpine Aged Care community embraced the beauty of Autumn 2025 with heartfelt celebrations, joyful moments, and opportunities to connect with one another. Here’s a look back at the highlights from March, April and May. Community Happenings Autumn
March was a month brimming with warmth and vibrant energy. Residents came together for birthday celebrations, shared stories, and created new traditions. Our Spa & Bubbles afternoon was a soothing highlight for many of our ladies, complete with relaxing treatments and sparkling refreshments. We also celebrated Shrove Tuesday with a pancake-making morning that brought out big smiles (and plenty of maple syrup). Themed events added a sense of fun and adventure, from a glitter-filled Sparkle Party to the grand celebration of St. Patrick’s Day . Residents enjoyed a themed Party Bus, Irish games like Potato Bowls, and traditional music at the Blarney Stone Café. March also saw the exciting launch of our History Club and Book Club , sparking new interests and rich conversations. Crafting sessions for Harmony Day and scarf-making gave everyone a chance to get creative. And, of course, the Easter season was full of colour and fun — with a raffle, guessing games, Easter cookies, and joyful gatherings bringing people together.
