Community Happenings Autumn In April we welcomed beautiful handmade letters and bookmarks from our pen pals at Humpybong Primary School Plus, and were delighted to send some thoughtful replies and photos in return. The newly launched Stitch, Chat, Knit and Natter group brought together residents with a passion for needlework and conversation. We also opened a Scrabble Corner , offering a quiet, inviting nook to play a game or simply enjoy a book from our growing library . April also included a heartfelt ANZAC Day commemoration, led by Daniel Grono from the Bray Park–Strathpine RSL. Outings to Sandgate Foreshore, musical performances , cupcake decorating , origami and cardio drumming rounded out a month rich with activity.
