GOALS
EDUCATION
The Fowler Family Foundation has invested over $1.0M in its Scholarship and Internship programs. Scholarships: The Fowler Family Scholarship Program is committed to providing educational opportunities, with an emphasis on aiding first-generation college students. Scholarships are awarded to qualifying team members and their dependents seeking higher education.

INTERNSHIPPROGRAM
We actively recruit HBCU, first-generation and underrepresented minority college students for our Real Estate Internship, Student Housing Operations Internship and Future Leadership Programs. We are actively involved in curriculum development for Real Estate Management through the NMHC and a member of several University Real Estate Programs.
Trinity 2021 Internship Overview:
37 of our 53 interns are underrepresented minorities or first-generation college students (70%) 34 of 53 interns are females (64%) Partnered with Fannie Mae to recruit diverse candidates Trinity was selected by RippleMatch as a 2021 Campus Forward Honoree, which recognizes college recruitment teams that exhibited an outstanding commitment to early career talent through their internship programs, and their prioritization of diversity & inclusion.
DONATIONS
VOLUNTEERISM
All employees receive eight hours of paid volunteer time each calendar year for team and company volunteer events. Additionally, they are also given eight hours of volunteer time to use on their own. This can be used all at once or split up and used for different events. Each employee who has completed their 90- day probation is eligible for this benefit and is able to use the time to take part in peaceful marches, activities tied to social justice causes and charitable volunteer work of their choosing.
A total of $6,812.00 has been donated to the Equal Justice Initiative, Seizing Every Opportunity (SEO), and The National HBCU Foundation. The total includes a $3,406.00 donation from our teammembers in addition to a company match!
