Alpha Phi Takes Over Disney World for Annual Leadership Institute We’re proud to have just concluded the Alpha Phi Leadership Institute at Disney World, an unforgettable 3-day leadership development experience in collaboration with Disney Institute. With 194 attendees, our members learned to lead with purpose, create environments of trust and inspire excellence – all while building a legacy for themselves and their chapters. This incredible opportunity, made possible by Alpha Phi Foundation donors, equipped participants with the tools to align values with vision, lead with integrity, and build strong, supportive teams.
