Transparency All of our clients will receive a scope of services agreement along with a Business Associate Agreement to provide full transparency of any payments/commissions we receive as your Consultant. Overrides/Bonuses When it comes to picking the best products and services for our clients we focus on what’s best for our clients, making sure we find the best coverage, contracts, and pricing that fit their needs—without worrying about any carrier compensation or overrides. We don’t let financial incentives or overrides sway our decisions. Our main goal is to recommend what’s truly the best option for the organization, ensuring they get the most value, support, and benefits for both the employer and their employees. So, to put it simply, we’re fully independent and always work in our clients’ best interests, choosing carriers and contracts based purely on what’s the best fit—not based on compensation.
Agreement Terms As your broker, we do not require a one-year agreement or a 60-day term for convenience. We believe that if we are not meeting your expectations, you should have the flexibility to terminate our services at any time. Our commitment is to provide the agreed-upon services, resources, and capabilities for as long as we work together. Our partnership is evergreen, and we remain dedicated to your success throughout the duration of our relationship.
