I integrate theory from CBT, ACT, and DBT to fit my veteran’s presenting concerns. Areas of Clinical Specialization: My area of clinical specialization is in the treatment of trauma and stress related disorders such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Moral Injury, and MST. Additionally, I have recently completed the national training on Interpersonal Therapy for Depression, which uses an emotion-focused approach to help veterans whose depression is impacted by difficulties in relationships or are feeling lonely and isolated. Professional Organizations: APA Teaching/Training Interests: My goal is for my trainees to walk away feeling confident in their ability to treat trauma and stress related disorders and/or to implement the IPT-D protocol. Training experience might include: CAPS-5 Assessment for PTSD, CPT, PE, Adaptive Disclosure for Moral Injury, EMDR, and IPT-D.
