PENNY BAUERSFELD is a technology researcher and consultant who obtained her BA in computer science from Brown University and an MS in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology.. She started her career in research at Apple and has had a 30+ year career consulting for clients including Xerox, Scholastic, Nickelodeon, Google, and Meta. She focuses on helping companies create usable products.
