The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan is a comprehensive plan that aligns enrollment goals and strategies with the university’s mission, vision, and values. This presentation will discuss how SEM integrates with other key campus initiatives and promotes shared governance, ensuring a seamless student experience from recruitment to graduation. Attendees will have the opportunity to offer their own contributions into shaping the next steps in SEM implementation across the CWU community while gaining insights into how SEM supports student success, enhances institutional sustainability, and fosters long- term collaboration among campus partners.
