DELIVERY & TRUCKING We provide free delivery within a 150 mile radius on any bull purchase and on all purchases totaling over $10,000. We will help coordinate delivery to get the cattle to you as economically as possible. SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES If you are unable to attend the sale but wish to place a bid, call Jacob Green, Jamie Clark, the auctioneer or any of the sale-day representatives. TERMS OF SALE Cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions offered by the American Angus Association. www.angus.org/pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf GUARANTEE All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first turnout of the bulls. Credit for the purchase amount less $3500 (buyer keeps salvage value) will be applied toward a replacement of an injured bull. Credit is for a replacement bull or credit in the 2027 sale. LIABILITY All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Packard Point Ranch assume no liability for accidents or injuries that occur on the sale premises.
