Their main forte is in Hi-Tech design Engineering for Data Centres, Mission Critical Projects, and advanced technology facilities. We have listed the job descriptions in this campaign document for review, however the Key criteria for candidates is to have experience in major commercial developments/projects covering the majority of building types. If candidates have any experience in the design, engineering and delivery of Advanced Technology Facilities or data centres then this is a big advantage. For positions in Singapore, the preference is Singapore nationals, expatriates currently in Singapore or expatriates who have PR or Spouse Visa. BID Manager
Job Objectives
• Oversee the whole Bid Process from start to end. • Working with our client according to marketing and brand guidelines to produce on message and best in market submissions. • Work at the front end during development and sales cycles to understand and plan for upcoming opportunities. • Review RFP documents and prepare a work schedule, deliverables lists and other required bid collateral. • Lead project meetings and produce collateral including notes, actions and next steps. • Discuss and agree win strategies with delivery business leads and all other stakeholders. • Ensure there is clear communication through to completion. • Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. • Keep client updated on progress. • Provide coaching and collateral for all RFP related presentations. • Comprehensive understanding of the bid process • Knowledge/experience of data center or advance technology facility/construction sectors highly desirable • Strong organizational skills • Strong IT skills, proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite desired • Ability to interface with others and clearly communicate expectations • Good relationship builder • APMP membership desirable • Ability to understand Client and Consultant’s needs and expectations • Ability to create a good team dynamic • Flexible in work approach • Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of allocated selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the various stages of the procurement process • Planning, drafting, writing and coordinating responses to bids. Be able to construct relevant answers which clearly answer the client’s requirements, ensuring the company is in the best position to be successful in the process. • Build internal and external relationships with individuals in order to create quality bids • Visit operational sites and other offices. Gather information from other stakeholders and share information with the rest of the team, either through written reports or verbally, to record the visit • Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst obtaining and sharing best practice with the team • Undertake research for the team to improve bid content • Develop and use creative approaches to the writing and presentation of bids • Reviewing bid submissions for quality and accuracy • Ensure the quality of the response meets the company standards • Maintain a high level of market intelligence, legislative requirements and best practice in order to create winning bids • Ensure accurate and up to date information is used in all submitted documents • Updating a library of company standard SQ and tender responses (Boilerplate)

Electrical Engineer
Role Responsibilities • Responsible for the running of small projects. Researches, develops, designs and assumes responsibility for coordination and monitoring of engineering project services for Electrical installations, systems, equipment, facilities etc. • Develops and specifies applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for all building engineering services purposes • Surveys tests and reports on existing electrical installations • Specifies activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing confirm to functional specifications and customer requirements • Represents Company at technical meetings with customers, professional teams and contractors teams • Preparation of specification modifications (word or excel)

Role Requirements
Regional Technical Director (Mechanical/Electrical)
Role Responsibilities • Takes Team Management and leadership role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project services. Assists the Directors with Business strategy and management. • Carries out cost and profit diagnosis on projects including feasibility studies and preparation of project fee proposals • Working closely with clients and project team to establish project requirements • Reviews status advised by project personnel and external parties and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for Management, Client or others. • Develops and specifies applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for all building engineering services purposes • Surveys tests and reports on existing electrical/mechanical installations

Fatima has spent over eight years in Property Marketing. She began her career at the former Athletes’ Village following the 2012 London Olympics, working with Delancey and Qatari Diar and transforming the Olympic Village into a highly celebrated residential neighbourhood, East Village.
Fatima continued her career in property marketing by working at Carter Jonas, heading up their marketing for the Planning and Development division and then moving on to Empiric Student Property shortly after.
