In Memory of Kathy Neu We mourn the loss of an incredible woman, leader, and friend: Kathy Neu.
Kathy joined the KW Family in 1993 and in her 30 years with us, she served in many esteemed positions within this great organization, including:
The first Team Leader of the Lake Travis Market Center • The Director of Franchise Operations for KWRI • The President of KW Luxury
But the role for which she was best known was that of Executive Director and Board Member of KW Cares .
She poured her heart and soul into this role and helped KW Cares grow from a small organization into the large thriving nonprofit it is today!
Kathy was a force of nature; her generous heart and sharp wit made her a unique joy to be around. We miss her spunk and her spirit of service. She brightened all our staff and Board meetings with her gregarious laugh, Southern charm, and commitment to doing all she could to benefit the KW Family.
In her honor, we’ve established the
Kathy Neu Philanthropy Award
to be presented at Family Reunion annually, which will acknowledge a KW associate for their philanthropic work in support of the KW Cares mission. In this way, Kathy will live on forever in our hearts and be celebrated each and every year.
