LIABILITY: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or for the behavior of the animals. The owners, sale management firm, and the sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accident that may occur. HERD HEALTH: Cattle will be accompanied by health certificates for immediate shipment. All cattle are on their vaccinations and have had Bovishield Gold, Covexin 8 and Fusogard. All cattle have had the GeneSeek or HD50K Pfizer and parentage test. All bulls will be semen tested in Mid-April. GUARANTEE & INSURANCE: All bulls sold will be fertility checked and guaranteed for a 90-day breeding sea- son, after bull turnout. Kris Glaze of Vine Vest North Insurance will be overseeing cattle insurance for the sale and will be present the day of the sale. All claims on bulls will require a veterinarian check. Please notify us if there is an injury or a problem as soon as possible. LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE: Jim Bessler of James F Bessler, LLC will be available to assist with mortality insurance at the buyer’s option. (815) 762-2641. DELIVERY: Again this year we are offering a $50 discount per animal loaded out the day of the sale. If you do not plan to haul your cattle the day of the sale, please make sure we have the address you wish to have your cattle delivered to along with a good contact name and telephone number. We do our best to arrange a coordi- nated delivery route so being able to reach everyone is critical. All cattle must be delivered or picked up no later than June 1st.
