COMBINED PRICING When ordering a combination of different items, pricing cannot be combined.
ORDERING Orders are accepted from qualified promotional products distributors only. • E-mail your purchase order. • E-mail your production ready artwork and include P.O. # in the subject line. • Order acknowledgements and shipping notifications are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the purchase order. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders can only be cancelled with written authorization prior to imprinting or production. All applicable charges incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced with a minimum charge of $60.00 (G). Orders on-hold beyond thirty (30) days with no response are subject to cancellation. ORDER CHANGES Due to the velocity in our production facility, we can make product and artwork changes to orders only up until art is completed and the order is released to production. We can make changes to the shipping address and ship via up until the scheduled ship date. ORDER MINIMUMS Less than minimums are available for $50.00 (G) on items with an opening quantity of 100 units or greater. For these items, absolute minimums are half the first quantity listed in the catalog. NOTE: • Peel-N-Stick® Calendars: Less than minimum not available. • Paper/Linen Presentation Folders: Less than minimum not available. • Magnetic Products/Paper Products: Less than minimums area available for $50.00 (G) on items with an opening quantity of 500 units or greater. For these items, absolute minimums are half the first quantity listed in the catalog.
PRODUCTION TIME Please refer to website for specific lead times per product. All lead times for catalog quantities are after approval of all proofs, credit, etc. Lead times are for catalog quantities and are subject to change. Can also contact Customer Service Team for additional information. RUSH ORDERS Every effort will be made to accommodate rush orders; however, courier and expediting charges may apply. Contact factory for availability of Rush Orders. Fee for rush order is $150.00 (G). ASSORTED PRODUCT COLORS Assorted product colors are available at no charge for up to four colors with no imprint color change. Each color must meet the catalog minimum order quantity for the product. Please note that imprint, artwork, and decoration method cannot vary. Unable to assort within the same shipping box. OVER-RUNS OR UNDER-RUNS All orders are subject to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered except for paper presentation folders. Those items are subject to 10% overs/unders. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped. EXACT QUANTITIES Orders requiring exact quantities will be shipped $50.00 (G). Exact quantity is not available on custom items or paper presentation folders.
