INCREASE OF ORDER QUANTITIES We will try to accommodate increases in order quantities. Once production has begun, any increase will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. RANDOM SAMPLES Random samples are available at no charge on items with a $10.00 or less last column catalog price (shipping number required). Random samples requested of items greater than $10.00 last column price will be invoiced the net EQP price (shipping costs may apply). FOOD CONTACT PRODUCTS We recommend washing any/all items which may come into contact with food or be used for food preparation prior to use. BLANK PRODUCTS Blank products are available for in-stock finished goods, and the lead time for blank product will match that of the imprinted product. Minimum blank order charge is $75.00 (X) and priced NQP. Blank product orders are priced at NQP (Next Quantity Pricing), and total order value must reach a minimum of $75.00 (X). Less than minimum orders will not be accepted. COMPONENTS Purchase of components is no longer available. Due to supply chain constraints all components will only be available for purchase as a finished (decorated or non- decorated) product. IMPRINT TOLERANCES We do not recommend shaped borders on shaped products as we can not ensure the border width to be even along all edges. If used, please allow a .06" tolerance around the edges of the artwork/borders.
MASTER POLYBAGGING Polybagging of more than one of the same product in a single bag is $.17 (G) per product inserted in the bag, for catalog quantities. Please contact factory for pricing if polybag is to include a mix of colors or a mix of products. DECORATION METHOD We reserve the right to substitute decoration method(s) for similar and/or improved method(s) where and/or when our processes require, with or without customer notification. This is in an effort to provide the highest quality decoration in the most expeditious way possible. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Effective November 24, 2025, a surcharge of 3.00% of the total payment amount will be applied to all credit card transactions. Payments made via ACH, wire transfer, check, credit memos, or other accepted payment methods will not incur a service fee. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CATALOG Prices in this catalog are effective 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. PRODUCT TOLERANCES Our products may vary in size up to .25" in any direction from the published product size.
OUTDOOR USE MAGNETS Full Color outdoor magnet imprints are guaranteed for a period of three months. Screen printed outdoor product imprints are guaranteed for a period of twelve months. We recommend 30 mil magnet material of at least 24 sq. inches or larger for vehicle use. INDIVIDUAL POLYBAGGING Polybagging of individual products is $.26 (G) per product for catalog quantities. Products currently with individual polybagging as standard packaging will not have an additional charge.
