RECEIPT OF COM/COL TO Via Seating

COM/COL ORDER PROCESS

Please send a 6” x 6” or larger texti le swatch to Via Seating to test for approval . A larger sample wi l l let us do a more thorough test of the texti le. Al low 4 business days to process this test upon receipt of the material . Once the order has been placed, fill out a “ custom upholstery form” for each COM/COL textile and e-mail to orders@viaseating.com . This must include your PO#. This form will help ensure correct application of your COM/COL.

Under no circumstances wi l l Via Seating be responsible for shortages or flaws in the material or other such problems. Via Seating wi l l not be responsible for any costs associated (e.g. return freight and/or restocking charges) with rejected COM or COL materials. In order to meet del ivery deadl ines, we assume that our customers are aware of any undue delays in the shipment of their ordered fabrics. Once the COM has been accepted, Via Seating assumes no responsibi l ity for its overal l appearance, flammabi l ity, normal durabi l ity, colorfastness, material defects, color inaccuracies, dye lot variations, or any other flaws related to the fabric qual ity after upholstered on a Via Seating product. If you have doubts of the ultimate appearance of a certain covering, please order a sample chair upholstered in the specific COM or COL.

All COM/COL must be shipped to:

Your COM/COL received by Via Seating must be clearly marked, containing customer ’s name, purchase order number (PO# ) and, when applicable, Via Seating order #.

COM/COL WARRANTY STATEMENT

Al l COM & COL texti les appl ied to Via Seating product orders wi l l not be covered under Via Seating ’s warranty. Any warranty claims need to be made directly to the original vendor of the texti le. Via Seating recommends that the purchaser thoroughly test any COM & COL with al l cleaning agents that wi l l be used on it prior to using.

COM/COL APPROVAL PROCESS

Via Seating assumes no responsibi l ity for the durabi l ity or tai loring qual ity of any COM or COL. Directional covers, in particular, may not meet your satisfaction due to the design of certain products. Please be advised that products uphol- stered in COM/COL are not subject to return to Via Seating. Via Seating reserves the right to reject COM fabrics that, in Via Seating ’s opinion, are unsuitable for its products. Via Seating can determine this within 48 hours of receipt of the COM/COL sample.

COM/COL EXCESS YARDAGE

Excess COM/COL wi l l be recycled at the discretion of Via Seating, unless direction for the additional fabric/ leather is given by the customer at the time the order is placed. If the additional COM/COL needs to be returned to the customer, they must contact Via Seating ’s cl ient accounts team at 1-800-433-6614 (press 1) . Any returned COM/COL wi l l be paid for by the customer.
