There were 3.8 months of inventory for condos in June, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The condo median sold price in June was $456,500, 4% below May and 7% lower vs June 2019. The average sold price was $571,516, 5% above last month; the average PSF sales price was $599, up 4% from last month.
