28) Take responsibility for carrying out safe work practices, effective communication and record keeping when working with HV separable connectors and following work instructions (Ability, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
Separate the participants into individual workstations to work independently to apply a work instruction to correctly clean, prepare, lubricate and install separable T-Connectors to a Type-F Bushing using two different connector product types.
a. Quiz participants on good and bad practices from their experience including manual handling and ergonomics and use of PPE
b. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to support them to complete the tasks safely and correctly
The participants shall:
Participants will practice correctly applying a work instruction without direction for cleaning, preparing and installation of a separable T-Connector to a Type-F Bushing using two different products
Reflect on the instructor feedback to improve the performance of their work and ask questions as necessary to clarify understanding in preparation for the formal assessment exercise

The aim of this lesson is to give participants an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and abilities under assessment conditions during a final practical installation assessment exercise, answering verbal questions on knowledge and understaning.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
