The participants shall:
Engage in a small group discussion on the possible consequences of unsafe work practices or failure of communications. Working in small teams:
a. list hazards related to work during HV maintenance and suggest how to mitigate hazards related to the environment
b. highlight PPE and apply ergonomic principles that could reduce risks during the work tasks ROUTINE INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE PRACTICAL

The aim of this lesson is to provide participants with the skills to conduct a safe, high-quality inspection of the HV transformer and to recognise and report problem or issues.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
18) Distinguish transformer components in proper and improper conditions (Skills, intermediate level)
19) Take responsibility to report any problems identified during inspection (Ability, intermediate level)
20) Take responsibility to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and apply ergonomic principles to reduce risks (Ability, intermediate level)
