1. Possess appropriate current experience working with HV cable T-Connector installation to be able to ensure learning activities are carried out in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and good practice requirements in the region where training is delivered. 2. Possess records to illustrate they are suitably qualified to be able to instruct others in the activities performed by participants during the practical exercises of the module, for the specific manufacturer cable products, connector types and components selected for use during the training delivered in their training setting. 3. Be included in an on-going professional development program, which enables them to maintain and update skills and knowledge related to HV cable technologies and good HV working practices in the wind industry.

High Voltage Transformer Maintenance

To deliver GWO High Voltage Transformer Maintenance training the instructor must: 1. Possess appropriate qualifications and experience in HV transformer maintenance operations to be able to ensure that all learning activities are carried out in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and good practice requirements in the region where training is delivered. 2. Be able to demonstrate knowledge, practical skills and abilities in safe HV transformer maintenance activities comparable to those executed by the participants during the practical exercises of the module. 3. Be included in an on-going professional development program, which enables them to maintain and update skills and knowledge related to good working practices for HV transformer maintenance in the wind industry.

Note

In addition to this, all training based on this standard including all related resources shall, as a minimum, meet the requirements described in the GWO Requirements for Training.

6.1 Lesson planning All training developed from this standard must comply with the GWO Requirements for Training and must be supported by the development of comprehensive lesson plans based on and referenced to the standard.

Lesson plans must be referenced against all learning objectives within this standard and indicate the assessment methods used for each learning objective.
