3 By now you’ve seen what’s possible. But here’s what separates the people who use that tool to change their lives from the ones who use it for a few weeks and go back to the way things were: it comes down to how you see yourself. Not your skills. Not your tech savviness. Your identity. There are two types of people in the world, and the difference between them has nothing to do with talent, intelligence, or resources. It has everything to do with how they approach their days. This distinction, creator versus manager, is one of the most important concepts in this entire book. Because all the AI tools in the world won’t help you if you’re still trapped in management mode. You’ll just manage faster. You’ll react more efficiently. You’ll put out fires with a better hose. But you’ll never actually build the life you want. After almost fifty years of coaching people at every level, from presidents to people starting from nothing, I can tell you the difference always comes down to the same thing: the quality of your questions. Managers ask, “How do I get through today?” Creators ask, “What am I building this year?” Same person, same twenty-four hours. Completely different trajectory. AI is the most powerful creation tool ever invented. But it’s wasted if you only use it to manage. Let me show you what creation actually looks like, because this isn’t a theory. It’s a pattern we’ve seen repeated at every level. Back in the late 1970s, a man named Craig Robbins moved to South Beach, Miami. At the time, it was a retirement community with no hotels, no nightlife, no fashion industry. Most people looked at South Beach and saw what was there. Craig looked at it and saw what could be there.
