That’s the Seven Levels Deep. And I want you to do it right now.
Start with your ninety-day goal. Make it specific. Make it bigger than feels comfortable. Then ask yourself: Why do I want this? Write the first answer. Ask why again. And again. Go at least five levels. The first answers will sound smart and logical. That’s your head talking. Keep going. Push past the polished version of yourself. Somewhere around level four or five, the answers will feel different. Heavier. More personal. When you find the one that tightens your throat or stings your eyes, that’s your fire. Write it down. Put it where you’ll see it every day. Because that answer is more powerful than any AI tool in the world.
Before we move into the system, I want you to do one more thing.
The regret of knowing you were capable of more and letting it slip away is the heaviest weight any of us will ever carry. Don’t let that be your story. Take a screenshot of your Seven Levels Deep answers, or copy them exactly as you wrote them. Paste them into ChatGPT and say this: “Here’s what matters most to me. These are my deepest reasons for wanting to change. Based on this, what should I be spending my time on, and what should I stop doing immediately?” What comes back will surprise you. Not because AI knows your life, but because when you give it your real why, the clarity it returns is remarkable. You’re not just dreaming about your goal anymore. You’re planning for it, with a partner that’s available around the clock.
