Organized and coordinated b y Sergeant Dann y Bouchard, it consists of enforc- ing arrest warrants for citizens who were wanted b y police for cases which had not been resolved. Officers arrested residents of Prescott Count y who were wanted in other jurisdictions, including Québec. Phases 1
and 2 were a success as tea m s of officers executed 13 arrest warrants working in conjunction with m unicipal and provincial police services throughout the province of Ontario and Québec to ensure those ac- cused were brought before their respective courts of jurisdiction.
